Overview

The Stakeholder Verifier system is developed to work together with the Stakeholder Main system to ensure the security and validity of the data generated for use in dividend payment processing.  This is done by using cryptographic techniques to ensure that output data from the Stakeholder system is in encrypted form to prevent any unauthorized modifications.

The dividend data generated in the Stakeholder Main system is fed into the Verifier system for checking and comparison.  If the compared data are verified to have no discrepancy, dividend data will be created for further processing.  However, if there are any discrepancies an exception report is generated showing the discrepancies and the accounts where they have occurred and no output dividend data will be generated.
