Overview

The Stakeholder Corporate system provides valuable corporate information extracted from the shareholder data in the Stakeholder Main system.  The information is accessed directly by corporate staff or management from an authorized computer via the local network and can be viewed and printed from the local computer.

All the shareholder analysis reports available in the Stakeholder Main system can be accessed via this system.  Similarly, the shareholder listing can be viewed with sorting and filtering on various parameters.   

Reports on local and foreign beneficiaries are available with the possibility for specifying the shareholding threshold for the reports.  A useful feature is the possibility to track specific beneficiary accounts over a time period.  These accounts can be categorized and historical summary reports based on these categories can be extracted.

New shareholders can also be identified by the system providing corresponding reports with the option to specify the shareholding threshold.

Information on company shareholdings categorized by brokers (participants) can also be obtained in the Stakeholder Corporate system.

All reports can be printed on a local printer with print preview feature.  For further analysis, data can also be exported in a format which is compatible with spreadsheet programs.
