The Stakeholder shareholder information system is an easy-to-use yet powerful system developed specifically for companies listed in the Bursa Malaysia.

The Stakeholder system is more than a traditional share registration system.  Apart from providing the tools for processing shareholder data for various corporate exercises, it also provides a flexible means for obtaining valuable in-depth information on the company's shareholders.

The Stakeholder system consists of a main system, a corporate system and a verifier system.  The main system greatly facilitates the company registrar function.  The corporate system provides corporate staff with direct access to valuable shareholder data, analysis and reports.  The verifier component provides a means for enhancing the internal control of the dividend generation process.
